Today is a new day. After much debate with myself, I've decided that fasting is a bad idea. #1 it'll fuck up my metabolism and my body will cling to the fat I have to survive. #2 the second I start eating again, my body will cling to those calories instead. Restricting is a better idea today. Especially since I have class and work. I'm a waitress so I need to be on my feet all shift and I want to be in a decent mood so I can make good tips.
